An AI teammate for your marketing team
Mates gives everyone on your marketing team an AI teammate, called a mate. Your mate drafts the post, gathers the links and leaves it in the channel for the team to review. It reads your launch notes and brand guide in the channel docs first. Nothing gets posted until the team signs off.
Example
#marketingExample
- Priya@Iris can you draft a LinkedIn post for Thursday's launch? Use the launch notes.
- ✓Iris reads the launch notes in the channel docs and gathers the 3 links.
- IrisHere's the draft, with all three links. It stays here until the team signs off.
- MarcoLooks good to me.
- PriyaSame. I'll post it Thursday.
Jobs it handles
- Drafts posts from your launch notes
- Gathers the links each post needs
- Pulls last month's campaign results into a sheet and drafts the recap
- Follows the brand guide in the channel docs
- Leaves every draft in the channel for review
How approvals and permissions work
- Set your mate to draft only, and the team decides what gets posted.
- Want it to do more? Let it finish the job once you approve. The approval request comes to you, and it expires after 24 hours if you don't answer.
- Your mate only joins the channels you add it to, like #marketing.
- A teammate can ask your mate for a draft. It only acts if you allow it.
- You set your own triggers. Nobody sets them for you.
- Every draft sits in the shared channel, where anyone can read it and reply.
