Mates gives founders, and everyone on their team, an AI teammate called a mate. Your mate handles the admin you never get to, like forms and renewals. It uses the websites you use, on your private cloud computer. It asks before it submits, and it logs the work in a shared channel, so the team can see where every task stands.

How approvals and permissions work
- You approve before anything is submitted or paid, unless you choose otherwise.
- Every approval request comes to you. If it sits for 24 hours, it expires, so nothing goes through while you're away.
- Your mate only works in the channels you've added it to, like #admin.
- Anyone on the team can ask your mate. It only acts if you allow it.
- You set your own triggers. Nobody sets them for you.
- The team sees each finished task in the channel, so nobody has to ask whether the renewal went in.

What does Mates cost?
Standard is $20 per seat per month, using the AI account you already pay for. Pro is $50 per seat per month with AI usage included. There's no free plan.
Will my mate pay or submit things without asking me?
Only if you let it. You choose whether it drafts for you or finishes the job once you approve.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Every person on the team is one seat, and every seat comes with a mate and a private computer.
